The manager I was dealing with throughout my time at the Lynbrook AAMCO shop was my favorite part about my experience. His name is Nick and he was very helpful and advised me to sell my vehicle because he was concerned with some serious issues it had. I appreciate the honesty!

Well today I am glad to say that I had a wonderful experience at a motor vehicle repair shop and that was the shop ran by Anthony Rao at 601 Merrick Rd, Lynbrook. Anthony is one of those rare professionals who took time out to listen carefully to my complaint about my car. He took notes and then went over the notes with me to make sure he understood my complaint. He and his mechanic did their diagnosis only to find out that that the problem was the driver’s, me. He could have done some bogus repair and charge me like others have done to me before but this guy is as straightforward and professional as they come. I certainly will recommend him to anyone who needs transmission work. Keep Up the good job Anthony A. Watler
Brought my Nissan Murano to Anthony at Aamco of Lynbrook with what I thought was a transmission problem. These cars are notorious for Faulty transmissions, after Ant ran diagnosis, it turned out it wasn't a problem with the Trans.. it was a cylinder coil problem. Now I can fix this problem myself for under 150$. My mechanic of 15 years didn't catch this. Thank God there are still honest people out here.
Brought my 2016 mustang to this shop based off the reviews. The manager Anthony and his team gave it a courtesy check and were honest about my transmission. They didn’t go ripping through it making a problem for some quick cash grab. Would recommend
